Returns

At Toile Showroom, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Guidelines and Policies

  • Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

  • All sale items are final sale. 

  • All returned items must be in original packaging in unused, original condition, with all tags and labels attached. 

    Washed or laundered items cannot be accepted.

  • Monogrammed items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect or error.

  • For hygienic reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Duvets

    • Pillows

    • Featherbeds and Mattress Protectors

  • Custom orders are not eligible for refund. 

  • If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.

  • All sales are considered final after 15 days from the date of delivery to the client. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
