TOILE ships anywhere in Canada and the United States. In some cases, it is possible to deliver outside these countries. However, additional shipping and handling fees may apply. Sales taxes will apply to your order depending on the location.

Taxes, duties and fees related to international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer identified on the order. The costs associated with the refusal of a delivery remain the responsibility of the customer whose name appears on the order. TOILE is not responsible for any damage inflicted to the merchandise during customs control.

Canada Post is the company responsible for delivering our orders in Canada, unless specified otherwise.

UPS is the company responsible for delivering our orders in the United States, unless you specify otherwise.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address, customs processing time, stock availability and the origin of the products you ordered. TOILE will ship your complete order, unless otherwise specified by you, within 24 hours of receiving your products at our store. The average delivery time (to our store) is indicated below according to the criteria mentioned above.

Products from Canada - expected delivery at TOILE : 2 to 6 weeks

International products - expected delivery at TOILE: 3 to 6 weeks

Custom orders - expected delivery at TOILE: 6 to 8 weeks

In case of delay, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
If you have access to a U.S. currency payment method, it is possible for us to ship products coming from the United States directly to your address. This will avoid paying the exchange rate, taxes, fees and customs duties as well as possible delays related to customs clearance.
All orders can be picked up at our store. Simply select this option when confirming your order. You will be notified by email when we receive your order. If you are unable to visit the store, we offer a local delivery service at a lower cost.(in Montreal only)
Returns

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging, on any duvets, pillows, protectors, or featherbeds.

The cost of shipping any items returned to Toile Showroom will be paid by the customer. A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items that need to be pressed and/or repackaged.
We offer refunds on stock items within 14 days of purchase, and exchange or credit note within 21 days of purchase. After inspecting to ensure all items are in perfect condition, payment will be refunded or credited. A fee may be applied if merchandise needs to be pressed and repackaged.
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days after the customer has received and signed for the goods. Refunds may only be processed online. We ask that you notify us of the return either by email or by calling 514-486-2424 (Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.) Packages must be returned to the mailing address: Toile Showroom, 330 Victoria Avenue, Westmount H3Z 2M8 Initial shipping fees and all costs on returns are the customers responsibility. After inspecting to ensure all items are in perfect condition, payment will be refunded.

A restocking fee may be applied to all merchandise that has to be pressed and repackaged.

We do not offer refunds on custom orders, which include custom measurements, custom stitch colours and non-regular stock items.
